Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work inside an AI-First development culture where agentic tooling is how we build, iterate, and deliver faster than teams twice our size.

Our 24x7 live services mean on-call support is part of our responsibilities, as we support customers across broad time zones worldwide.

You will collaborate with team members to define project requirements, technical specifications, and deliverables, ensuring understanding of our goals. You will deliver quality features, identify risks and dependencies. You will write automated tests and deliver high-quality software. You will debug live incidents, even in unfamiliar territory or situations. You will participate in code reviews, contribute to documentation, and help identify opportunities for process improvement. You will use AI-powered coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) as your primary development accelerator. You will steer AI-generated code with an attention to correctness, security, and maintainability.

This position is hybrid remote/in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the productization of automotive test-related products, focusing on intelligent test solutions
• Define product positioning, value propositions, and functional requirements
• Conduct market and user research to deeply understand the pain points of the testing domain and the needs of technical teams
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, finance, strategy, and customer teams to promote the landing testing solution product
• Manage product costs, pricing strategies, and profit goals
• Optimize the cost structure and balance product competitiveness and profitability
• Establish and improve product standards and operation processes
• Ensure product stability and scalability
• Drive product promotion and publicity initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotion strategies
• Build product branding in the automotive testing industry
• Track industry trends and technological advancements
• Continuously optimize product functions and user experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related field
• In-depth understanding of the automotive testing industry, familiar with ADAS, Infotainment, Connected Car, vehicle integration domains, and proficiency in the core logic of CLCD, automation, AI toolchain, test & data platforms, or robot automation
• Proven experience in productizing technical services or solutions into scalable and commercial products
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, able to accurately grasp the market demand and value of testing products
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to drive cross-departmental collaboration
• Proficient in product planning, requirement analysis, and roadmap formulation, with the ability to promote product iteration and landing with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiar with productization logic of technical services, able to translate technical capabilities into marketable products
• Strong self-driven to work efficiently and lead project team for issue solving and continuous improvement
• Engineering mindset with critical thinking and hands-on capability
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel
