<li>Take a leadership role in partnering with squad-mate FSRs/SAs and manage the relationship with top growers and retailers. Act as the business expert for top growers and retailers, while planning for customer business needs</li>
<li>Proactively mentor and coach earlier-in-career FSRs</li>
<li>Manage area claims per Bayer Crop Science policy and process through effective problem solving, execution, administration, and resource management</li>
<li>Travel in territory approximately ~60% with significant (daily) face-to-face customer interaction</li>
