The role involves managing and influencing day-to-day and strategic issues to deliver profitable revenue growth for our small to medium-sized customer division.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Core Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively and reactively sell profitable new business within a territory to meet set KPIs and targets.</li>\n<li>Achieve and exceed monthly new business targets.</li>\n<li>Manage a sales territory and create prospect lists for business opportunities.</li>\n<li>Report calls, leads, quotes and contract activity on to the Company Operating System.</li>\n<li>Produce and present weekly, monthly, quarterly personal performance reports.</li>\n<li>Liaise regularly with Regional Commercial Manager/ Depot Manager / Regional General Manager to determine sales offensives within the region.</li>\n<li>Be the primary interface between Biffa and our target customers.</li>\n<li>Responsible for door-to-door sales prospecting and pricing negotiations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of generating a sales pipeline and working to 100% new business.</li>\n<li>Proven track record in sales.</li>\n<li>Consistent over-achiever of sales targets.</li>\n<li>This could be a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to progress into field sales.
