869bf1ed-f1c Staff Engineer, Test & Evaluation Engineer This role is responsible for defining, planning, and executing all integration testing phases for X-BAT. This includes developmental, functional, and qualification testing for flight vehicles, subsystems, and ground support equipment.

Key responsibilities include bringing up the vehicle through functional testing, delivering the fully operational aircraft to the customer, and setting up ground support equipment and executing tests. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary test team, manage complex testing facilities, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive the transition of new products from design to flight/operational readiness.

Required qualifications include proven experience with clean sheet design to first flight, knowledge of test methodologies, and experience in successfully managing a full lifecycle test campaign. Preferred qualifications include flight test experience, software proficiency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
