<li>Introducing new systems and enhancements, partnering with Management and fellow Systems Owners to ensure predictable, effective delivery</li>
<li>Prioritizing and managing systems backlogs, keeping development partners and stakeholders updated on priority shifts</li>
<li>Identifying and mitigating system risks while developing effective contingency plans</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Consulting, and/or related disciplines, with a proven ability to partner with IT to transform complex business needs into high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications.</p>
<p>Additional requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience working with Customer Service tools (CRMs, Admin tools) in Technical or Program Management roles</li>
<li>2+ years of experience using Agile methodologies to manage business and technical stakeholder interests with a people-first approach and a bias for action</li>
<li>Proficiency in managing ambiguity through analytical thinking and decisive communication in rapidly evolving technical environments and contexts</li>
<li>A forward-thinking advocate for AI and emerging tech, leveraging strong communication skills to advocate for and implement innovative solutions</li>

<li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Commodity/Program Management, or Supply Chain Consulting, preferably within the automotive industry</li>
<li>Strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable software requirements</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels, translating detailed information into concise executive summaries and presentations</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred qualifications include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment</li>
<li>Prior experience in technology or management consulting, demonstrating the ability to rapidly parachute into complex environments, map out fragmented systems, and consolidate them into a centralized strategy</li>
</ul>
