<p>As a Staff Product Manager at Brex, you will define and drive multi-quarter strategy within one of Brex&#39;s most critical product domains, leading initiatives that materially shape the company&#39;s trajectory. <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience: 7–10+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives in high-growth B2B or fintech environments.</li>
<li>Strategic rigor: Proven ability to define product strategy that translates into measurable business outcomes.</li>
<li>Technical depth: Strong fluency in technical systems and architecture.</li>
<li>Analytical excellence: Highly data-driven. Strong experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using SQL (or similar tools) to guide decisions.</li>
<li>Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured thinking and compelling narratives.</li>

<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>
<p>The expected salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.</p>
