Your responsibilities will include defining and driving Pinterest's technical strategy for agentic engineering, architecting and shipping production systems, reimagining Pinterest's SDLC, owning developer velocity measurement, serving as technical force multiplier across Platform, Infrastructure, and Engineering Acceleration, and driving engineering-wide adoption.

To be successful in this role, you will need 12+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in building developer platforms, internal tooling, or engineering infrastructure that measurably changed how engineers work at scale. You will also need demonstrated hands-on experience designing and shipping agentic AI systems in production, experience working in large-scale monorepos or complex multi-service codebases, and familiarity with agentic development best practices.

As a key technical advisor and delegation point, you will work with the Sr. Director, Engineering Acceleration, VP, Infrastructure, and Chief Architect to shape investment priorities and multi-year technical direction. You will also serve as a trusted partner and primary delegation point for the hardest technical questions facing this organization.
