<p><strong>Okta &amp; Auth0 Sales Team</strong></p>
<p>Auth0 supports Okta’s vision of freeing anyone to safely use any technology by providing a secure, highly available, enterprise-grade platform that secures billions of log-ins every year for Consumer and SaaS applications.</p>
<p>As an Account Executive for Auth0 in Korea, you will be the driving force behind our territory growth. This is a versatile role where you will be responsible for the entire market spectrum,from winning high-growth &#39;net-new&#39; logos to cultivating deep, transformative relationships with our most significant existing customers. You will work closely with the Korean partner ecosystem, resellers, and distributors to provide value to Korea’s most mature Product Development teams (Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture).</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Planning: Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan to guide your long-term approach to net-new logo pipeline generation.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Revenue Delivery: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets to support year-over-year growth within the Korean market.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Account Strategy: Identify, develop, and execute strategies for high-potential accounts to drive sales opportunities and deliver predictable bookings.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Executive Alignment: Target and gain access to C-level leaders and decision-makers, building a robust network of influence within prospect accounts.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Stakeholder Management: Highly experienced in running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintaining executive stakeholder alignment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Full Sales Cycle: Scope, negotiate, and close complex agreements, ensuring a seamless transition from initial pitch to final contract.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ecosystem Collaboration: Access and utilise the Okta/Auth0 ecosystem (xDRs, Partners, Presales, Customer First) and maintain a proven track record of partnering with key SIs and Cloud providers like AWS.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Technical Advocacy: Create compelling artifacts, documents, and presentations to convey technical ideas to both practitioners and executives.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Travel: Travel as necessary to build and nurture face-to-face relationships with customers and prospects across the region.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll bring to the role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience: 7+ years of success in growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products (ideally within the Korean market).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Persona Mastery: Proven ability to evangelise, educate, and create demand within Product, Digital, and Engineering organisations. You have a track record of closing deals with Product Managers, Head of Engineering, and CISOs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Technical Discovery: Deep discovery skills that resonate with the developer community; you must have a strong grasp of the product development lifecycle, DevOps, engineering terminology, and product management.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Business Value Mapping: Strong technical acumen with the ability to connect a technical &#39;feature&#39; sale to a company’s broader business and digital transformation outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Communication: Outstanding presentation skills with audiences of all levels,from Developers/Architects to C-Suite Executives.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Framework Expertise: Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler (Okta utilises MEDDPICC).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Operational Excellence: High-level energy and rigor regarding CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and opportunity management.</li>
</ul>

<li>Language: Native-level fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Your next step is at Yuno! We are seeking a Director of Technical Account Management based in Europe who will play a crucial role in Yuno&#39;s global expansion.</p>
<p>This person will need to hire, consolidate and oversee technical support cells in strategic territories to provide support to local clients across the five continents. This position involves defining an implementation and technical account management strategy, setting objectives and key metrics for the team, leading technical discussions with senior management, developing strong customer relationships, providing technical advocacy and guidance, and ensuring successful product integration and ramp-up.</p>
<p>At Yuno, we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payments ecosystem , allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments in an easy way, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration, and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Strategic Leadership and Decision Making: This role requires leading discussions with senior leadership on technical and product strategy. It involves making informed decisions about incidents, trade-offs, and risk management, ensuring that these decisions align with the overall business strategy.</p>
<p>Customer Relationship Management: Develop close relationships with customers. This involves understanding their business operations, needs, and technical challenges to maximize the value they derive from the company&#39;s products.</p>
<p>Technical Advocacy and Guidance: Working closely with developers and senior engineers to provide strategic technical guidance. This involves helping customers plan and build solutions that improve the health and performance of their applications.</p>
<p>Basic Coding Skills: While not primarily a coding role, the director is expected to have basic coding skills for purposes such as debugging and troubleshooting. This ensures they can understand and interact effectively with the technical aspects of the product.</p>
<p>Collaboration with Product and Development Teams: Work alongside product and development teams to customize products for specific customer needs. This requires a solid understanding of both the technical aspects of the product and the unique requirements of each customer.</p>
<p>Monitoring Product Integration and Ramp-Up: Monitor the progress of product integration with the customer&#39;s systems. The director must ensure successful ramp-up and integration, which is crucial for customer satisfaction and long-term success.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p>
<p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, customer success, implementations, or a similar role in a technology-focused company.</p>
<p>Based in Europe, with the ability and willingness to work across multiple time zones to support global clients.</p>
<p>Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.</p>
<p>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p>
<p>Basic coding skills and a solid understanding of software development processes.</p>
<p>Proven ability to manage customer relationships and provide strategic technical guidance.</p>
<p>Experience in risk management and making critical business decisions.</p>
<p>Proficiency in English is required; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.</p>
