IPS provides a deep portfolio of digital platform gaming services and production infrastructure to EA&#39;s game studios. From scalable cloud solutions to AI-driven gameplay services, IPS ensures that EA’s games are available anytime, anywhere for millions of players worldwide.</p>\n<p>The Marketplace team builds our in-game economy management systems for EA games. These systems include the management and handling of in-game goods, virtual currencies, promotional offers, and player asset management. The Marketplace team is composed of cloud engineering specialists, product managers, and program managers collaborating to build, scale, and deploy the most capable systems in support of EA&#39;s large array of games.</p>\n<p>As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Program Management.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and manage the development plan, schedule, and process for multiple simultaneous projects, including tasks, resources, quality, time, priorities, and costs.</li>\n<li>Deliver progress updates to management, ensuring alignment and transparency across all organisational levels.</li>\n<li>Coordinate releases, including tracking bug/quality metrics, and ensuring agreement of schedules with customers, our testing group, and other technology groups.</li>\n<li>Balance goals and roadmaps from Product Management with estimates and capacity constraints from Development to provide measurable milestones.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify, address, and mitigate risks to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality products.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Product Management, engineering teams, and key partners (central teams, game teams) to refine and align development requirements for successful execution.</li>\n<li>Manage cross-group dependencies by securing commitments from partners, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment to drive successful delivery.</li>\n<li>Pursue continuous improvement efforts based on the feedback from our partners related to performance indicators.</li>\n<li>Make data-driven decisions by using data and our requirements to provide important insights on vision, requirements, and service improvements.</li>\n<li>Create new process improvement protocols to address persistent program problems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years technical program management experience running medium to large software programs.</li>\n<li>Expertise in modern project management and SDLC processes and artifacts.</li>\n<li>Experience across component definition, design, engagement, engineering, and service management for highly available online services and platforms.</li>\n<li>Experience with documentation and work tracking tools like Confluence, GitLab, JIRA, Teams/SharePoint, Monday.com.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working on high-scale, high-availability multi-tenant web services.</li>\n<li>Experience working in GitHub or GitLab, reading code reviews, and understanding API specs.</li>\n<li>Experience programming (Java, C#, Go, Rust, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top:24px;font-size:13px;color:#666;\">XML job scraping automation by <a href=\"https://yubhub.co\">YubHub</a></p>","url":"https://yubhub.co/jobs/job_9ecb16af-385","directApply":true,"hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Electronic Arts","sameAs":"https://jobs.ea.com","logo":"https://logos.yubhub.co/jobs.ea.com.png"},"x-apply-url":"https://jobs.ea.com/en_US/careers/JobDetail/Sr-Technical-Program-Manager/213687","x-work-arrangement":"hybrid","x-experience-level":"senior","x-job-type":"full-time","x-salary-range":"$133,500 - $186,400 CAD","x-skills-required":["Technical Program Management","Project Management","SDLC","Component Definition","Design","Engagement","Engineering","Service Management","Highly Available Online Services","Cloud Engineering","Product Management","API Specs","GitHub","GitLab","JIRA","Confluence","Teams/SharePoint","Monday.com"],"x-skills-preferred":[],"datePosted":"2026-04-24T13:17:55.083Z","jobLocation":{"@type":"Place","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressLocality":"Vancouver"}},"employmentType":"FULL_TIME","occupationalCategory":"Engineering","industry":"Technology","skills":"Technical Program Management, Project Management, SDLC, Component Definition, Design, Engagement, Engineering, Service Management, Highly Available Online Services, Cloud Engineering, Product Management, API Specs, GitHub, GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, Teams/SharePoint, Monday.com","baseSalary":{"@type":"MonetaryAmount","currency":"USD","value":{"@type":"QuantitativeValue","minValue":133500,"maxValue":186400,"unitText":"YEAR"}}}]}
