Multi-jurisdiction APAC experience. Practical working knowledge of employment law, cultural norms, and people practices across multiple jurisdictions. Generalist capability, demonstrated experience spanning Employee Relations &amp; Operations, as well as strategic business partnering. Experience partnering with GTM or revenue organisations (Sales, Marketing, and/or Product Support), with an understanding of go-to-market dynamics. Strong understanding of cultural nuance and the ability to adapt your approach across the diverse markets of Japan &amp; APAC.
