Make high-level decisions regarding local operations, resources, and strategic direction.</li>\n<li>Regional Fulfillment Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end regional fulfillment lifecycle, managing relationships with strategic 3PL partners and internal distribution center to ensure speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency. Establish strong relationships with local partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.</li>\n<li>Team Leadership &amp; KPI Ownership: Lead, mentor, and grow a large, diverse organization. Foster a culture of high performance where the team fully owns and reports their KPIs. Establish clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between teams to drive accountability and facilitate data-driven discussions and decisions.</li>\n<li>Strategic Growth: Champion key supply chain projects to expand local operations and support global business initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Operational Excellence &amp; Quality Management:</li>\n<li>OpEx Program Ownership: Architect and lead an organization-wide Operational Excellence program. Move beyond basic continuous improvement to implement systemic Lean management systems and relevant Six Sigma methodologies for order management, warehouse, production, and fulfillment.</li>\n<li>ISO 9001 Leadership &amp; World-Class Quality: Work with Quality team to evolve processes and implement a comprehensive quality program centered on risk assessment and rigorous audit processes. Drive &quot;built-in quality&quot; initiatives in close collaboration with Engineering and ERP to prevent defects at the source. Identify knowledge gaps and proactively provide training and education to the wider organization.</li>\n<li>Process Engineering: Drive the transition from manual processes to standardized, automated workflows that can scale globally without linear headcount growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Systems, Automation &amp; Security:</li>\n<li>Digital Transformation &amp; Automation: Work with Engineering to support and implement the roadmap for supply chain automation, including the selection and strategic deployment of advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP integrations, and robotics/automation hardware. Drive the effective utilization of all company-provided systems and equipment to maximize productivity and data-driven decision-making.</li>\n<li>Supply Chain Cybersecurity: Partner with the CISO and IT leadership to embed cybersecurity best practices into the supply chain, especially with physical security.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director level) managing large or remote teams.</li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.</li>\n<li>Quality Management Systems: Experience working with and/or exposed to quality management systems.
