<p><strong>What You&#39;ll Need:</strong></p>

<li>MS (or PhD) in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in systems engineering, MBSE, or system architecture development.</li>
<li>Experience with system modeling approaches (e.g., SysML or similar frameworks).</li>
<li>Experience with requirements-driven engineering and traceability.</li>
<li>Strong programming or scripting skills (Python preferred).</li>
<li>Experience integrating models, behavior, and/or engineering tools into automated workflows.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to operate effectively in a customer-facing, consultative engineering role.</li>
<li>Experience with ModelCenter or similar workflow orchestration tools (preferred).</li>
