      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Agile Dev Team Members have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing and/or deployment of system functionality. This role provides guidance, mentorship and training to a direct reporting staff of Agile Dev team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adhering to coding standards to ensure consistent style and format. They will ensure systems are architecturally sound, high in code and component quality, and are easily modified to support future requirements with support and little to no guidance of more senior developers or architects.</p>
<p>The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain software applications using COBOL programming language on AS400/iSeries platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in COBOL programming, CL/CLP, Synon, SQL, SFTP, and insurance knowledge.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, test and deploy system functionality</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<li>9 years total experience, min. 6 years of relevant experience required</li>
<li>AS400/iSeries COBOL Developer along with insurance knowledge</li>
<li>Proficiency in COBOL programming, CL/CLP, Synon, SQL, SFTP</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
