<p>Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing daily HR guidance
• Consulting with line management
• Supporting a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee morale and concerns proactively
• Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
• Being Mistral&#39;s first culture advocate</p>
<p>You will also be responsible for developing and implementing projects, policies, and scalable processes, including:
• Talent retention strategy
• Training policy
• Career paths
• Career reviews and appraisal system
• Sustainability of work-life balance</p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor&#39;s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, most of which in a startup or high-growth environment.</p>
<p>You will also need to have cross-country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies, especially in EMEA, coupled with strong knowledge of the French law &amp; HR policy, employment regulations.</p>
<p>As a Team &amp; Management Partner, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.</p>
<p>You will also need to have proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a hands-on and doer approach.</p>
<p>You will also need to have proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.</p>
<p>A builder mindset is essential for this role.</p>
