As the Director of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with overall business goals, aiming for supply continuity, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization while enabling the business to scale significantly. You will build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and drive supplier performance management to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost requirements.

• Conduct make/buy analysis and vertical integration assessments to determine the most effective manufacturing and sourcing strategies
• Develop innovative inventory solutions and ensure inventory accuracy to balance operational efficiency with program requirements
• Implement and oversee supply base cost management initiatives to drive value and maintain competitive advantage in the defense sector
• Support capture teams with supply chain expertise to strengthen bid responses and proposals for new business opportunities
• Lead strategic source selection processes to identify and qualify suppliers that can meet Anduril's demanding technical and schedule requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in aerospace & defense, propulsion, or regulated manufacturing
• Strong background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse/inventory operations
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and defense contracting practices
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and deliver results on cost, schedule, and quality
• Experience scaling supply chain organizations during high growth or production ramps
• Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• Previous experience in implementing ERP systems as they relate to supply chain
• Proven leadership in leading large teams in driving and influencing other teams to a common goal
• Strong team player who can wear different hats to help the team move forward

Salary Range: $170,000 - $226,000 USD

About the Role:

As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Risk, Resilience & Compliance, you will lead the strategy, governance, and roadmap across key programs that strengthen supply chain resilience, improve the internal control environment, and build scalable governance for business continuity and circularity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, governance, and roadmap for supply chain risk management and resilience.
• Design and mature the supply chain risk monitoring framework and control tower.

• Develop dashboards and executive reporting for controls health, remediation status, and compliance performance.

Circularity & Decommission Governance:

• Own the strategy and governance for circularity & decommission processes across sites.
• Establish standardized internal processes from identification of waste through pickup, disposition, auditability, and reporting.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across operations, sustainability, IT, finance, and external partners.
• Oversee process adherence, audit mechanisms, and performance reporting for end-of-life asset management.
• Define the reporting methodology and metrics for quarterly and annual sustainability outcomes, including processed, reused, recycled, and landfilled materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience across supply chain, procurement, operations, risk mgmt., compliance, internal controls, business continuity, sustainability, or related functions.
• Experience building or scaling cross-functional programs, governance frameworks, and operating processes.
• Strong experience with supply chain risk management, supplier risk, resilience, or operational risk programs.
• Working knowledge of internal controls, audit readiness, remediation management, and process compliance.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Team management and leadership experience
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, semiconductors, hardware, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive operational environments.
• Familiarity with supply chain risk monitoring platforms, control tower tools, or similar intelligence solutions.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
