<li>Escalate potential SLA risks or failures promptly to management and the Mechanical Coordinator.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reactive performance and service delivery.</li>

<p>Supervision &amp; Team Leadership:</p>

<li>Supervise mechanical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors working on London Underground assets.</li>
<li>Allocate daily tasks and prioritise reactive jobs in a live operational environment.</li>
<li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions.</li>
<li>Ensure workforce competence, correct tooling, and adherence to method statements.</li>
</ul>
<p>Safety, Compliance &amp; Assurance:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all activities comply with London Underground and TfL safety standards, company policies and Safe Systems of Work, relevant legislation (HASAWA, COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, F-Gas, etc.).</li>
<li>Review, brief, and implement RAMS.</li>
<li>Operate and enforce Permit to Work and isolation procedures as required.</li>
<li>Promote a strong safety-first culture across all reactive works.</li>
</ul>
<p>Ordering, Materials &amp; Coordination:</p>
<ul>
<li>Raise and manage ordering of materials, spare parts, and specialist services required for reactive repairs.</li>
<li>Ensure correct parts are identified to minimise repeat failures and downtime.</li>
<li>Control material usage in line with contract and budgetary requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise closely with the Mechanical Coordinator to agree priorities for reactive jobs, coordinate labour, materials, and access, provide updates on job status, delays, and technical issues, and support planning of follow-on works arising from reactive faults.</li>
</ul>
<p>Systems, Reporting &amp; Administration:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all works are accurately recorded in the CMMS, including fault diagnosis, actions taken, parts used, completion evidence.</li>
<li>Provide daily activity reports, handovers, and performance updates.</li>
<li>Support audits, inspections, and client reviews.</li>
</ul>
<p>Stakeholder Liaison:</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as an operational interface with London Underground station and operations staff, control rooms and access teams, Mechanical Coordinator and senior management.</li>
