      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Field Test Engineer, Maritime. As a Field Test Engineer, you will work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field. <p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts</li>
<li>Take on the principal responsibilities of the hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field</li>
<li>Lead day-to-day local operations for multiple AUV platforms, including conducting pre-mission testing, launch and recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis</li>
<li>Deploy globally in support of at-sea AUV operations from a variety of support vessel types</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience operating robotic systems at-sea in a commercial or research offshore environment</li>
<li>Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment</li>
<li>Experience with leading on deck operations utilizing ship based crane, a-frame, or dedicated AUV launch and recovery systems</li>
<li>Experience with Linux and command line interfaces as well as software debugging</li>
<li>Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and basic use of test equipment</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with subsea operational procedures and equipment</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer support skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Ability to be in office in Quincy, MA daily when not deployed</li>
<li>Ability to deploy up to 50% of the time</li>
<li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with software development</li>
<li>Experience integrating subsea acoustic sensors, underwater navigation, and communication systems</li>
<li>Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications</li>
<li>Knowledge of offshore HSE policies and best practices</li>
</ul>
<p>Salary Range: $113,000-$149,000 USD</p>

<p>As an Integration and Test Engineer (Mechanical), you will work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts. Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting design and integration of AUV mechanical subsystems and components, ensuring proper interfaces with electronic and software systems</li>
<li>Developing, building and operating physical integration environments and test fixtures to support system maturity efforts</li>
<li>Conducting root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implementing corrective actions</li>
<li>Providing mechanical subject matter expertise to test operations for AUV platforms, including conducting pre-mission testing, vehicle tasking, and data analysis</li>
<li>Writing, reviewing, and executing detailed test procedures to document the step-by-step execution of internal and customer-facing efforts to test and evaluate AUV subsystems, platforms, and new capabilities</li>
<li>Supporting infield debug, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs</li>
<li>May be in the field up to 20% of the time, supporting nearshore and offshore testing</li>
</ul>
