If you&#39;re passionate about player communities, business development, and delivering commercial outcomes, this is a role where you can make a real impact.</p>\n<p><strong>Business Development &amp; Strategy</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive adoption of new product features.</li>\n<li>Build and execute strategic deals and partnerships to accelerate our Specialized Services adoption and revenue growth.</li>\n<li>Represent the Player Engagement team as the primary point of contact for cross Keywords Studios business opportunities with a focus on T&amp;S, Monetization, and VIP.</li>\n<li>Receive &amp; Respond to customer RFI / RFP’s.</li>\n<li>Use existing networks within the games industry to open doors and create net new opportunities for Keywords with a focus on Introducing Player Engagement Services and expanding to other Keywords divisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Analytics</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews on the cross-KWS opportunity pipeline and progress.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Communication</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams to drive alignment on business objectives and client initiatives.</li>\n<li>Present proposals, negotiate deals, and communicate complex commercial opportunities effectively.</li>\n<li>Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5–7 years of business development experience in Trust &amp; Safety, Monetization, or VIP Concierge services within the video game industry.</li>\n<li>Proven experience engaging with game publishers at executive levels (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP).</li>\n<li>Track record negotiating and executing complex deals in excess of $5M.</li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and process-driven execution.</li>\n<li>Data-driven mentality and ability to work through ambiguity.</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure and deadlines.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p>Keywords Studios is dedicated to following a well-established Equal Opportunities Policy.
