initiatives</li>\n<li>Proactively manage integration touchpoints and cross-system impacts</li>\n<li>Escalate appropriately while presenting solution-oriented options</li>\n<li>Maintain disciplined governance and decision documentation</li>\n<li>Support initiatives involving enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, middleware, analytics, and collaboration systems</li>\n<li>Partner with architects and system owners to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to change management, release governance, and security controls</li>\n<li>Provide concise and structured reporting to senior leadership</li>\n<li>Translate technical challenges into clear business impact</li>\n<li>Maintain transparency across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience managing technical or enterprise system projects</li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and system integrations</li>\n<li>Experience operating in high-growth, fast-scaling environments</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage high-risk, high-coordination programs</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery models)</li>\n<li>Experience working in
