      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Kody, a rapidly expanding Fintech company, seeks a driven Partnership Manager to join our team. As a Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in growing the business by identifying and converting new ISO &amp; Referral opportunities and nurturing relationships.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Sourcing, meeting, and boarding ISOs &amp; Referral Partners</li>
<li>Engaging in high-value prospecting activities, such as networking events, referrals, social media, cold calling, and visiting potential partners if required to advertise Kody&#39;s brand</li>
<li>Targeting Referral Partners who will provide hot leads to close deals</li>
<li>Conducting a combination of 10-15 face-to-face or virtual meetings per week with prospective clients</li>
<li>Managing partnerships on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure smooth target achievements</li>
<li>Promoting additional Kody suite products to your Partnerships</li>
<li>Efficiently managing your CRM (HubSpot) and maintaining a pipeline of quotations to achieve target</li>
<li>Achieving your personal sales target through your Referral Partnerships</li>
<li>Successfully assisting Partners in completing the application process and guiding them through to becoming active</li>
<li>Collaborating with internal teams to process, deliver, and set up products, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience throughout</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>MUST HAVE 3+ years of recent ISO &amp; Referral sales experience in the payments space</li>
<li>MUST BE UK BASED</li>
<li>Strong network of contacts in ISOs, Referrals, Payments, Hospitality space</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work as an operator and more strategically</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and closing skills</li>
</ul>
