Provide leadership to the function group for balancing priorities, overcoming obstacles, aligning expectations with stakeholders, and managing work hours to minimise risks for not achieving targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Decide assignments for the entirety of work within the function group, conduct associate performance reviews to provide feedback on results and instruction on personal development, and supply supervisor with input on associate career planning to yield successive leadership. Actively contribute in the hiring process with the Unit Head to identify/select candidates for maintaining target headcount.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the function group is communicating and collaborating internally on a regular basis to align output, drive collaboration between design/purchasing on issues that result in improving our cost characteristics, and maintain awareness of topics relevant to their daily work.
