      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Senior Strategic Procurement Program Manager to join our team. As a Senior Strategic Procurement Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving supply chain and strategic procurement objectives that impact our gross margin, member experience, and risk profile.</p>
<p>You will operate across various departments, including Member Services, Care Teams, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, InfoSec, and Commercial, as well as with external vendors, to design and execute end-to-end sourcing and supplier strategies for GLP-1 and other critical categories.</p>
<p>This role requires strong executive-ready communication, the ability to influence director/VP stakeholders without formal authority, and ownership for setting clear success measures, tracking performance, and adjusting plans to achieve multi-year outcomes.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Owning and continuously refining program governance for both operational and strategic initiatives</li>
<li>Establishing and sequencing business priorities across categories and programs</li>
<li>Driving programs end to end and independently recommending and implementing changes to policies and procedures that affect multiple departments or disciplines</li>
<li>Proactively exercising advanced judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting methods to achieve results that support company-wide strategic initiatives</li>
<li>Deeply understanding the interrelationships between supply chain, clinical, product, operations, and commercial priorities</li>
</ul>
<p>Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating clear, concise expectations and requirements in both verbal and written form, presenting well-reasoned, data-driven proposals and recommendations, and influencing others to drive ongoing program improvements.</p>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in a related field</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in a strategic procurement role for production goods and services</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in pharmacy or medical device procurement or related experience</li>
<li>Strong executive-ready communication and influencing skills</li>
<li>Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred qualifications include:</p>
<ul>
<li>MBA or Master&#39;s degree in a related field</li>
<li>Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)</li>
<li>Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)</li>
<li>Lean/Six Sigma certified or an equivalent certification</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a commercially minded procurement professional to play a key role in our Procurement &amp; Supply Chain transformation journey. As Category Manager - CAPEX, you will take ownership of procurement activity across major capital projects, from early design and specification through to contract award, delivery and completion.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<p>Leading procurement for large CAPEX projects from concept and design through to delivery and handover
Partnering with project managers, engineers and operational teams to shape sourcing strategies and manage risk, cost and timelines
Developing and executing CAPEX category strategies to drive value, resilience and supplier performance
Managing complex tender processes and contract negotiations with construction and engineering suppliers

<p>Significant experience in strategic procurement, with a strong focus on CAPEX and construction-related categories
Proven background working on medium to large, complex capital projects alongside project managers and technical teams
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, with experience running multi-stakeholder tenders and knowledge of NEC and ICE contract forms
Excellent influencing and communication skills, with a collaborative, partnership-led approach
A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive better outcomes
Ability to navigate a diverse business, create strategic overview and an approach that focuses on priorities, value add and outcomes, which will support Biffa’s objectives</p>
