<p>Role Summary</p>
<p>As a Solution Operations, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our Solution team. This team, composed of AI Deployment Strategists, Infrastructure Solution Architects, and Applied AI Engineers, designs, deploys, and optimizes AI solutions that directly solve our enterprise customers&#39; most complex challenges.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>Worldwide Strategic Staffing &amp; Capacity Planning - across all geographies</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Develop and execute a forward-looking staffing strategy aligned with business forecasts, including resource allocation, staffing ratios across regions, and technical deployment metrics.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Build and maintain a prioritization framework for recruitment (role type, geography) to ensure the Solutions team is staffed for high-impact customer engagements.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Accelerate time-to-value by minimizing time-to-staff through efficient matching systems between skills and customer requirements.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Data-Driven Staffing Optimization</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Identify and operationalize key metrics to measure staffing efficiency, team utilization, and impact on customer success and revenue.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Create and maintain reporting mechanisms to track staffing KPIs, including time-to-staff, skill gaps, and deployment success rates.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Synthesize and implement actionable recommendations to improve staffing processes and cross-functional alignment.</p>
</li>

<p>Scalable Staffing Systems &amp; Automation</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Design and implement scalable processes, automations, and tools to streamline talent deployment and reduce operational friction.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Optimize the Mistraler lifecycle (onboarding to project allocation) by ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing team productivity.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in staffing workflows, leveraging automation to enhance agility and responsiveness to customer needs.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Partner with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR to align staffing capabilities with customer demands and business priorities.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support the development of the Solution team offerings and technical engagement models that maximize customer success.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Collaborate with Product teams to ensure Solutions team feedback is integrated into the product roadmap.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Prepare materials for executive reviews, highlighting staffing successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.</p>
<p>About you</p>
<ul>
<li><p>3+ years of experience in strategic operations, staffing, chief of staff or resource management within technical sales, solutions engineering, or professional services environments.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proven track record in optimizing processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience in staffing, resource management, or talent deployment is a strong plus.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong analytical skills, with experience in Salesforce, data warehouses, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, BigQuery).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills: ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align competing priorities.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Technical acumen: understanding of AI implementation, use cases, and scaling challenges is a strong plus.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Fluency in English (native level); additional European languages are a plus.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As the Associate Director of Field Medical Operations &amp; Enablement, you will be a cornerstone of the broader Scientific Medical Affairs (SMA) team. You will lead the operational infrastructure that allows our medical affairs team to function at peak efficiency. This role is a blend of high-level strategic program management and hands-on execution,ranging from orchestrating global conferences and advisory boards to pioneering the use of AI-driven tools for medical insight propagation and creating content for KOL engagement.</p>
<p>You will be the primary driver of the &#39;how&#39; behind our field medical strategy, ensuring our field teams are equipped, our processes are compliant, and our insights are integrated cross-functionally across Freenome.</p>
<p>The role reports to the VP Field Medical, Advocacy, and Medical Affairs Operations. This role will be a Hybrid or Remote role.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Strategic Operations &amp; Program Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Operational Excellence: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution and communication for medical conferences.</li>
<li>Advisory Board Management: Oversee the organization, logistics, content and execution of Advisory Boards, ensuring high-quality engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).</li>
<li>Publication Steering Committee (PSC) Management: Oversee the organization, logistics and execution of PSC meetings.</li>
<li>Contracting &amp; Vendor Management: Manage the contracting process for medical tools, software, and external advisors, ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance.</li>
<li>SMA Program Leadership: Act as the lead program manager for Scientific Medical Affairs (SMA), maintaining organizational tools (ASANA), driving weekly meeting agendas, and ensuring project milestones are met.</li>
</ul>
<p>Field Medical Enablement &amp; Content</p>

<li>Material Development: Create and update field medical materials, including core MSL slide decks and clinical training content.</li>
<li>Medical Insights &amp; Competitive Intelligence: Ensure accurate capture and cross-functional communication of medical insights as well as competitive intelligence.</li>
<li>MLR Process Management: Serve as the operational lead for the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process for all field medical content, ensuring materials are vetted and approved for use.</li>

<p>Innovation &amp; Clinical Inquiry Support</p>

<p>Must haves:</p>

<li>3+ years specifically in Medical Operations or Program Management within the molecular diagnostic industry.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in oncology.</li>
<li>Proven experience implementing AI tools or advanced CRM/Data visualization platforms to manage medical insights.</li>
<li>Expert-level proficiency with project management software (e.g., ASANA, Smartsheet) and the ability to manage complex, multi-year timelines.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the MLR/PRC review process and PhRMA/OIG compliance guidelines.</li>

<p>Benefits and additional information:</p>
<p>The US target range of our base salary for new hires is $170,000 - $241,500. You will also be eligible to receive equity, cash bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits depending on the position offered. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, and education.</p>
