Responsibilities:

• Play a vital role within the M&A department to drive our strategic acquisitions
• Identify and evaluate the most promising opportunities for M&A
• Support in due diligence processes
• Take hands-on responsibility in different post-merger integration work streams

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a university program with an excellent academic background (top 20%) in business or technical studies
• Previous experiences in start-ups, consulting, or corporate finance are a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and a confident self-starter
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
• Excellent communication skills and a strong motivation to grow personally
• Excellent English skills. Any further European language is a plus
