You will be part of a culture that thrives on curiosity and feedback, and you will have the chance to grow professionally in a rapidly evolving industry.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Play a vital role within the M&amp;A department to drive our strategic acquisitions</li>\n<li>Identify and evaluate the most promising opportunities for M&amp;A</li>\n<li>Support in due diligence processes</li>\n<li>Take hands-on responsibility in different post-merger integration work streams</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently enrolled in a university program with an excellent academic background (top 20%) in business or technical studies</li>\n<li>Previous experiences in start-ups, consulting, or corporate finance are a plus</li>\n<li>Strong sense of responsibility and a confident self-starter</li>\n<li>Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li>\n<li>Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to solving problems</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and a strong motivation to grow personally</li>\n<li>Excellent English skills.
