<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, powerfully communicating multi-use case stories that show how Gamma transforms presentations across sales, marketing, training, product, HR, and executive communication</li>
<li>Build relationships with economic buyers (CIOs, VPs of Sales, Chief Learning Officers), senior executives, and organisation brand stewards who together work to standardise presentation creation across teams</li>
<li>Run extensive discovery, design POCs, navigate security reviews, and prove ROI during pilots</li>
<li>Navigate complex procurement including MSAs, security questionnaires, annual contracts, and multi-stakeholder buying committees</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product for feature feedback, Customer Success for smooth handoffs, and Marketing for case study development</li>
<li>Help build the sales playbook by documenting what&#39;s working and refining messaging based on win/loss patterns</li>

<p><strong>What You&#39;ll Bring</strong></p>

<li>5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in mid-market or enterprise segments</li>
<li>Consultative selling expertise with ability to discover business problems, map Gamma to outcomes, and create compelling business cases</li>
<li>Experience with product-led companies or understanding of how to leverage existing product usage to drive expansion conversations</li>
<li>Multi-stakeholder deal navigation with ability to build champions, navigate procurement, and close complex deals with 6-12+ month sales cycles</li>
<li>Executive presence and storytelling ability to present to C-suite, translating technical capabilities into business value</li>
<li>Proven success with 6-figure ARR deals in competitive markets where you&#39;ve differentiated on value</li>
<li>Scrappy, builder mentality with comfort in ambiguity and eagerness to help establish best practices</li>

<p><strong>Compensation Range</strong></p>

As the local representative of our global marketing function, this role ensures that our brand, messaging, and go-to-market activities are effectively adapted to the expectations of Japanese partners across the games industry.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Country Manager (Japan), Create leadership, Sales teams, and regional/global marketing colleagues. You will act as the strategic bridge between Japan and the Group Marketing function, working with central teams to define asset requirements and leveraging our global Design Team to produce high-quality, localised or bespoke creative assets for the region.</p>

<p><strong>Japan Marketing Strategy &amp; Localization</strong></p>
