Hyundai Motorsport is seeking a Production Planner to lead and execute production and upgrade planning activities for our cutting-edge motorsport programmes.</p>\n<p>You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of components and assemblies, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to meet performance and quality targets.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess and review component requirements for upcoming motorsport events.</li>\n<li>Ensure stock levels meet operational and performance goals.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Forecasting Lead and PMO Manager to develop forward-looking production plans.</li>\n<li>Align planning with programme milestones and race schedules.</li>\n<li>Organize manufacturing and delivery of prototype and production-intent components.</li>\n<li>Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality and timelines.</li>\n<li>Verify availability of rebuild kits and sub-assemblies.</li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate repair activities internally or with approved suppliers.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of stock levels, usage rates, and replenishment needs.</li>\n<li>Identify and resolve inefficiencies or bottlenecks in planning and production.</li>\n<li>Act as a key interface between engineering, procurement, logistics, and workshop teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Profile</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in a motorsport environment; strong background in stock and inventory management.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>\n<li>Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in SAP (ERP) and Microsoft Project (Planning &amp; Scheduling).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Offer</strong></p>\n<p>Hyundai Motorsport GmbH offers a competitive package and a dynamic work environment where you can thrive and grow.
