This group is also accountable for analytics production, enhancing the infrastructure platform and delivering analytics content to portfolio and risk management professionals (both within BlackRock and across the Aladdin client community).</p>\n<p>We are passionate about building high quality models to meet the needs of tomorrow and delivering solutions for both BlackRock investment users and over 100 global financial firms. You will have the opportunity to develop in C++, Python or other programming languages, with cutting edge technologies.</p>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate degree in a technical field (Maths, Statistics, Computer Science and/or Engineering, Finance, Econometrics, Physics)</li>\n<li>Postgraduate degree in a technical field is a plus</li>\n<li>2+ years of relevant working experience</li>\n<li>Strong programming skills and experience using Python or C++ to conduct statistical/econometric analyses</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial, mathematical, and statistical theory</li>\n<li>Strong oral and written (English language) communication skills that enable complex ideas to be readily understood by team members and clients</li>\n<li>Enthusiasm, flexibility, and maturity to adapt to the needs of a dynamic group and deliver within strict time frame</li>\n<li>Good time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects</li>\n<li>An ability to translate real business problems into technical solutions</li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to learn fast, multi-task, self-motivate and pick up new things easily.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Good to have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Private Markets and/or Performance Attribution modelling background is a plus</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Git is a plus</li>\n<li>Stochastic calculus background</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our benefits include retirement investment and tools designed to help you in building a sound financial future; access to education reimbursement; comprehensive resources to support your physical health and emotional well-being; family support programs; and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.</p>\n<p>Our hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
