Unlimited Master’s license desired.</li>\n<li>STCW Basic Training, GMDSS Operator, OICNW, Medical PIC, FCC License</li>\n<li>Proven experience in a senior officer role aboard crewed vessels in dynamic maritime environments.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of maritime navigation, safety procedures, shipboard emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance.</li>\n<li>Ability to interpret nautical charts, weather forecasts, and navigational tools to support mission planning and execution.</li>\n<li>Valid TWIC, USCG STCW Medical Certificate, and passport.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge in ship handling, voyage planning, marine navigation, port operations, and International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGS).</li>\n<li>Able to maintain operational logs, maintenance records, and support inspection readiness.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of USCG, SOLAS, and Class regulations and the ability to maintain vessel compliance.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in voyage/route planning software,
