<p>As a Business Analyst - Stations and Operational Systems, you will provide end-to-end business analysis to ensure our solutions meet expectations while contributing to the digitalization of our station and operational processes.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborating with station teams to define and validate station requirements related to new project objectives</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conducting comprehensive needs analysis for new tools destined for station and operational teams, detailing risks, problems, or new opportunities identified</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Creating project use cases and documenting process flows when necessary to support future developments and training</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Contributing to and accompanying the testing phase</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring requirements are validated against operational business objectives and accepted and understood by technical teams involved in the project</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Accompanying station teams in evolving existing processes and defining the functioning of new processes, formulating recommendations when opportunities arise</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Working with technical teams to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and ensuring support processes are robust and efficient</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prioritizing new business requirements, anomalies, and incidents reported by the business and resolving them with technical teams if necessary</li>
</ul>
<p>Note: Frequent travel to England and Belgium is expected.</p>
