The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in people management, including 2+ years managing managers or leading multiple teams. They will also have expertise in Enterprise PLMs, including architecture, customization, and integrations, as well as broad understanding of enterprise systems landscape.

In addition to the required qualifications, preferred qualifications include experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated manufacturing environments at scale, background implementing Teamcenter at a company during hypergrowth, prior experience in startup or high-growth technology companies, and track record of successful M&A integrations or large-scale system migration.

In this role, you will:

• Drive Replit’s growth strategy end-to-end: Develop and execute product strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.
