As a Staff Product Designer, you will work closely with a specific part of the business, leading the end-to-end work, collaborating closely with other designers to set a high bar for craft and quality experience. You will design, prototype, and test thoughtful, intuitive experiences that make complicated flows feel simple and clear. You will collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to define both long-term strategy and near-term tactics. You will have 8+ years of relevant product design experience at a product-driven tech company. You will have a portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and polished UI craft. You will have experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction. You will have the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and multiple stakeholder inputs. You will be skilled at communicating design decisions and rationale across disciplines. You will have experience working horizontally across product areas on ambiguous and complex problems. You will have a strong ability to influence teams and product direction. You will be confident presenting work to company leadership and skilled at communicating design decisions through a clear and compelling story.
