      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re seeking an Associate Director with well-rounded content and event production experience to join our Global Experiential and Content Production team. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact creative content and managing live event production. You will build scalable solutions to maximize the success of these projects and support GECP&#39;s Director in the development, management, and execution of our team objectives and project goals.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading the planning and delivery of live experiences, including corporate programs, industry activations, creator and partner events, policy engagements, internal events, and VIP experiences</li>
<li>Shaping end-to-end production, from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality creative and operational delivery</li>
<li>Bringing strong expertise in stage production, including lighting, audio, and production design, to elevate each experience</li>
<li>Managing vendor and agency partnerships, selecting the right collaborators based on scale, complexity, and creative needs</li>
<li>Overseeing content capture shoots, partnering with internal stakeholders from early development through on-site execution</li>
<li>Guiding pre- and post-production workflows to deliver content on time and within budget</li>
<li>Aligning teams on creative direction, ensuring clarity across visual storytelling and editorial decisions</li>
<li>Building and managing budgets, timelines, and approval processes across multiple concurrent projects</li>
<li>Navigating legal and licensing requirements related to visuals, talent, and music usage</li>
<li>Partnering with cross-functional senior leaders to bring ideas to life and solve complex business challenges</li>
<li>Contributing to building scalable processes, tools, and workflows across the team</li>
<li>Mentoring and supporting producers while leading large-scale, high-visibility productions</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in event, show, and content production</li>
<li>Experience in leading large-scale live productions and delivering high-quality creative outcomes</li>
<li>Strong understanding of content production workflows, including pre- and post-production processes</li>
<li>Ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across global teams</li>
<li>Deep understanding of staging, lighting, fabrication, and production design</li>
<li>Comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and financial reconciliation</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li>
<li>Global mindset and ability to work effectively across regions and time zones</li>
</ul>
<p>This role is based in New York City and offers a competitive salary range of $106,147 - $228,781, plus equity. Benefits include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, and 13 paid flexible holidays.</p>
