We want someone who writes with clarity, creativity, and confidence – and isn&#39;t afraid to test bold new ideas.</p>\n<p>In this role, you&#39;ll:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support campaign and content strategy across our major launches, integrated campaigns, brand moments, and tentpole events.</li>\n<li>Help manage our social channels , including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.</li>\n<li>Own social analytics, reporting, and competitive insights that shape future strategy.</li>\n<li>Manage our developer social content.</li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally to help manage our employee brand social content.</li>\n<li>Align with our Brand team to develop engaging, socially-relevant content.</li>\n<li>Own the employee advocacy program to help make Twilions amplify our story.</li>\n<li>Engage and grow our community daily – from developers to decision makers.</li>\n<li>Use data to tell the story behind the numbers.</li>\n<li>Constantly experiment and test new tactics to reach new audiences.</li>\n<li>Contribute to Twilio&#39;s mission of building the world&#39;s leading customer engagement platform , by showing what&#39;s possible with it.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years experience managing brand social.</li>\n<li>Can express complex thoughts or ideas in 100 characters or less.</li>\n<li>Thinks outside the box and communicates ideas clearly.</li>\n<li>Loves short form video and is fluent in CapCut and Canva.</li>\n<li>Uses data and analytics to create strategy.</li>\n<li>Proven success driving engagement.</li>\n<li>Loves building community , and knows how to make people care.</li>\n<li>Brings energy, curiosity, and a sense of fun to the work.</li>\n<li>Is organized and good at creating clarity and process while operating in a fast-moving environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Desired:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with live video, graphic design, AI/LLM tools and social management tools, including (but not limited to): Google Workspace, Canva, Sprout, EveryoneSocial, Adobe.</li>\n<li>Experience partnering with executives on social content.</li>\n<li>Has worked on B2B brand social.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Travel:</p>\n<p>Approximately 15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.</p>\n<p>What We Offer:</p>\n<p>Working at Twilio offers many benefits, including competitive pay, generous time off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more.
