<p>The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor&#39;s degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience, proven selling skills, a track record of consistent sales success, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities, negotiation and analytical skills, self-motivation, and a passion for the role.</p>
<p>Preferred qualifications include a degree in biological science or a related field, minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales, or relevant clinical/marketing experience, experience selling to academic institutions or large oncology accounts, specialty sales experience in competitive landscapes, strong clinical knowledge of various tumor types, experience in pediatric and adult oncology settings, background in Oncology or Precision Medicine, experience selling products with companion diagnostics, familiarity with diagnostics or genomic testing, and understanding of buy-and-bill and oral oncology landscapes.</p>
<p>Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $146,426 - $219,638. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.</p>
