      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Sr. Federal Materials Manager, you will create a strategic plan to optimize warehouse operations, create a standard set of metrics to monitor team performance, set goals for improving performance, and identify areas to reduce cost while maintaining quality.</p>
<p>You will develop and implement material management strategies, policies, and procedures to comply with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 52.244 and the Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARS) part 252.244-7001. This includes hiring and training talent who can manage material flow per Anduril Federal guidelines, developing processes that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Anduril materials management, and implementing necessary systems that match Anduril Federal policies on management of government property and inventory management.</p>
<p>You will also implement End-to-End material management measures, including FIFO adherence, material variances, cycle time optimization, scrap/obsolescence management, cycle/physical counting, and audits, to ensure inventory accuracy and to mitigate stockouts or overstocking. This includes the development and improvement of critical metrics.</p>
<p>Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, manufacturing engineering, logistics, and quality, is essential to aid in accurate demand forecasting, procurement planning, and timely delivery of materials. You will also collaborate with production planning and manufacturing teams to align material availability with production schedules, minimize disruptions, and meet customer demand on time.</p>
<p>Analyzing material usage trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and implementing lean practices to optimize material handling, storage, and distribution is crucial. Utilizing ERP and WMS software systems and tools to track inventory, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize material-related processes is also essential.</p>
<p>Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control protocols in all material management activities is vital. Leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement is also a key responsibility.</p>
<p>Required qualifications include a Bachelor&#39;s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent work experience, 12+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain management roles in complex engineering/manufacturing companies, and 3+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates, or technicians.</p>
<p>Preferred qualifications include experience managing 50 reports, strong leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and develop a team effectively, strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management techniques, and material planning strategies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in using software systems and tools, solid understanding of lean principles, and experience in implementing process improvement initiatives.</p>

<p>In this role, you will design the end-to-end software architecture used to validate hardware at the board, subsystem, and integrated vehicle levels, ensuring our aerospace systems are mission-ready.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities include refining specifications from electrical engineers to validate critical flight components, supporting all development phases from proposal to final test, implementing ground control and telemetry software, and contributing to the team&#39;s growth through active recruitment and hiring efforts.</p>
<p>This role puts you at the front of the line for new hardware releases, where you will work directly in the lab to identify and fix complex issues in real-time.</p>

<p>Role:</p>
