Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent work experience, 12+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain management roles in complex engineering/manufacturing companies, and 3+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates, or technicians.

Preferred qualifications include experience managing 50 reports, strong leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and develop a team effectively, strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management techniques, and material planning strategies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in using software systems and tools, solid understanding of lean principles, and experience in implementing process improvement initiatives.
