\nWe are seeking experienced and highly motivated Technical Program Managers (TPM) to support our Engineering organization in delivering high-impact technical projects. The TPM will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technical programs that align with our strategic goals.
\nProgram Management
\nOversee and manage our development and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with product timelines.
\nCross-Functional Collaboration
\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Science, Marketing/Coms teams, Design, and Solutions to ensure alignment of engineering operations with overall product and business objectives.
\nProject Delivery
\nTrack project progress, timelines, and resources. Assist teams to implement processes to smoothen delivery process.
\nProcess Improvement
\nContinuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the engineering team, in coordination with the other TPMs.
\nStakeholder Management
\nRegularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on program status, risks, and issues, and to manage expectations.
\nRisk Management
\nIdentify potential risks and issues in the program lifecycle, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
\nWhat you will do
\n• Oversee and manage our development and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with product timelines.
\n• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Science, Marketing/Coms teams, Design, and Solutions to ensure alignment of engineering operations with overall product and business objectives.
\n• Track project progress, timelines, and resources. Assist teams to implement processes to smoothen delivery process.
\n• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the engineering team, in coordination with the other TPMs.

\nYou may be a good fit if:
\n• You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.).
\n• You have proven experience in managing technical programs, preferably within an engineering team.
\n• You have a strong understanding of software lifecycle management and deployment processes.
\n• You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple complex programs smoothly.
\n• You are thriving in cross functional collaboration and you know how to adapt your communication to stakeholders.
\n• You are highly organized and knows how to manage cross team dependencies.
\n• You are a proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
\n• You have strong design thinking skills and feel comfortable with actively contributing to architecture decisions.
\nIdeally, you have:
\n• Experience as a Software Developer.
\n• Already worked in an AI company/project.
\n• Knowledge of how LLMs are built and work.
\n• Already worked as a Technical Program Manager.
\nAdditional Information
\nLocation & Remote
\nThe position is based in our Paris HQ offices and we encourage going to the office as much as we can (at least 3 days per week) to create bonds and smooth communication. Our remote policy aims to provide flexibility, improve work-life balance and increase productivity. Each manager can decide the amount of days worked remotely based on autonomy and a specific context (e.g. more flexibility can occur during summer). In any case, employees are expected to maintain regular communication with their teams and be available during core working hours.
