<p>The team has three locations. Audi&#39;s Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe.</p>
<p>The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing.</p>
<p>The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.</p>

<p>As Formula 1 continues its journey towards greater sustainability, the ESG Manager (Environmental, Social and Governance) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the team’s sustainability strategy. This role is key in aligning technical development and racing operations with global environmental standards, promoting social responsibility and ensuring robust governance practices across the entire team.</p>
<p>This position for the Audi Revolut F1 Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).</p>
<p><strong>Your mission</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy aligned with the team’s goals and Formula 1’s Net Zero Carbon by 2030 commitment</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead environmental initiatives including carbon footprint reduction, sustainable fuel integration and renewable energy adoption</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Deliver cost cap efficiencies working in close collaboration with finance</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Drive social responsibility programmes focused on diversity, inclusion, community engagement and employee well-being in strong alignment with HR</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments (race operations, logistics, marketing), external stakeholders (FIA, race promoters, suppliers, and sponsors) and Audi AG</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Oversee ESG reporting and compliance, including sustainability disclosures and impact assessments</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitor emerging ESG trends, opportunities, and risks and adapt strategies accordingly</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Represent the team in ESG forums and partnerships across the motorsport industry</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Establish ESG Strategy Development &amp; Integration of ESG roadmap</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead Environmental Sustainability initiatives aligned with Audi Revolut F1 team goals</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Implement Social Impact, Inclusion &amp; Employee Wellbeing standards</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitor Governance Frameworks, Risk &amp; Compliance Assessments</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Take on any other related activities as may be required from time to time</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business &amp; economics, social science or related fields</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record in comparable ESG leadership roles, preferably within sports, motorsports or automotive</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks (e.g. ISO 14001, GRI, SDGs)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Data Analytics &amp; ESG reporting tools</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Project Management know-how driving cross-functional projects</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience in driving social responsibility programmes focused on diversity, inclusion and community engagement would be an advantage</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management skills</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with teams across multiple locations</li>
</ul>

<li>Performance oriented and driving leadership personality</li>

<p><strong>What you&#39;ll do</strong></p>
<p>Sie unterstützen die konzernweite Implementierung der Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) und der EU-Taxonomie in der FUCHS Gruppe.</p>
<ul>
<li>Mitwirkung bei der konzernweiten Implementierung der CSRD und der EU-Taxonomie.</li>
<li>Inhaltliche und organisatorische Betreuung definierter European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).</li>
<li>Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung des EU-Taxonomie-, CSRD-konformen Nachhaltigkeitsberichtes als Teil des Konzernlageberichtes.</li>
<li>Zeitlich begrenzte CSRD-Assessments bei Tochtergesellschaften vor Ort.</li>
<li>Durchführung des ESEF-Tagging für definierte Bereiche des Nachhaltigkeitsberichtes.</li>
<li>Aufbau und Administration eines IT-Systems zur nichtfinanziellen, nachhaltigen Berichterstattung.</li>
<li>Beobachtung und Beurteilung von Änderungen des Rechtsumfeldes, z.B. der EU-Taxonomie, CSRD und der internationalen Nachhaltigkeitsstandards, und deren Auswirkungen auf den Konzern.</li>
<li>Beratung der lokalen Geschäftsleitungen in ESG-Fragestellungen und Empfehlung von &quot;best practice&quot; Prozessen zur Erreichung der Nachhaltigkeitsziele.</li>
<li>Erarbeitung zielgruppenorientierter kommunikations- und Trainingsmaßnahmen.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Corporate Social Responsibility bzw. Nachhaltigkeit oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.</li>
<li>Erfahrung in der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.</li>
<li>Kenntnisse zur Gesetzgebung im Bereich Corporate Sustainability Reporting oder GRI und EU-Taxonomie.</li>
<li>Gutes Verständnis von betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und Affinität zu Daten und IT-Tools.</li>
<li>Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten.</li>
<li>Hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit bei dem Erarbeiten und Vorantreiben der Themen.</li>
