      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As an F1 Press Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the FIA&#39;s public perception and ensuring effective media relations in Formula 1. You will assist in the daily tasks of the team in press relations, coordinate media events and the F1 accreditation process, and contribute to the FIA&#39;s credibility and global influence.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include: Acting as a liaison between media and the FIA F1 Sporting and Technical Team Managing and tracking media requests, both on-site and remotely Coordinating media availability throughout F1 events Identifying and proactively pitching story ideas to a varied style of media, including lifestyle and general news outlets, to broaden exposure of FIA activities beyond traditional motorsport landscape Assisting race promoters in the production of media guides Monitoring relevant FIA news, trends and changes in the media landscape, including social media monitoring Supporting the FIA Single Seater department with regulatory and sporting communications regarding F1 and junior formula</p>
<p>You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and media representatives from lifestyle, traditional, and sports media, monitor and analyse media coverage across all platforms, research, draft and distribute press releases, briefings and official statements to targeted media, and organise and oversee media opportunities for FIA representatives.</p>
<p>Additionally, you will support media accreditation and on-site operations for the FIA Formula One World Championship, collaborate with the internal digital team to develop engaging content and storytelling for FIA platforms, and leverage IT and social media analytics to adapt content strategies to evolving trends.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar role in sports or within a press relations agency, strong knowledge of the media landscape and an established network of contacts in lifestyle and general news media, and near-native English proficiency and strong ability to write press releases, news articles and social media posts.</p>
