      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Join the team as Twilio&#39;s next Social Media Manager. This position is going to be critical to the next phase of Twilio&#39;s social program as we grow the team to rewrite the rules of B2B social media.</p>
<p>We&#39;re looking for a storyteller who creates original, compelling content that builds community and ultimately grows awareness and consideration of Twilio. We want someone who writes with clarity, creativity, and confidence – and isn&#39;t afraid to test bold new ideas.</p>
<p>In this role, you&#39;ll:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support campaign and content strategy across our major launches, integrated campaigns, brand moments, and tentpole events.</li>
<li>Help manage our social channels , including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.</li>
<li>Own social analytics, reporting, and competitive insights that shape future strategy.</li>
<li>Manage our developer social content.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally to help manage our employee brand social content.</li>
<li>Align with our Brand team to develop engaging, socially-relevant content.</li>
<li>Own the employee advocacy program to help make Twilions amplify our story.</li>
<li>Engage and grow our community daily – from developers to decision makers.</li>
<li>Use data to tell the story behind the numbers.</li>
<li>Constantly experiment and test new tactics to reach new audiences.</li>
<li>Contribute to Twilio&#39;s mission of building the world&#39;s leading customer engagement platform , by showing what&#39;s possible with it.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years experience managing brand social.</li>
<li>Can express complex thoughts or ideas in 100 characters or less.</li>
<li>Thinks outside the box and communicates ideas clearly.</li>
<li>Loves short form video and is fluent in CapCut and Canva.</li>
<li>Uses data and analytics to create strategy.</li>
<li>Proven success driving engagement.</li>
<li>Loves building community , and knows how to make people care.</li>
<li>Brings energy, curiosity, and a sense of fun to the work.</li>
<li>Is organized and good at creating clarity and process while operating in a fast-moving environment.</li>
</ul>
<p>Desired:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with live video, graphic design, AI/LLM tools and social management tools, including (but not limited to): Google Workspace, Canva, Sprout, EveryoneSocial, Adobe.</li>
<li>Experience partnering with executives on social content.</li>
<li>Has worked on B2B brand social.</li>
</ul>
<p>Travel:</p>
<p>Approximately 15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.</p>

<p>Compensation:</p>
<p>The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $79,840 - $99,800.</li>
<li>Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $84,480 - $105,600.</li>
<li>Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $93,840 - $117,300.</li>
<li>This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio&#39;s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.</li>
</ul>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for an experienced video and social strategy leader to join our games and entertainment team. You will run editorial video units and collaborate with our Commercial teams to create meaningful revenue growth.</p>
<p>You will develop large, engaged audiences across video and social platforms through creative development, strategic programming, and rigorous performance data assessment. You will work with our Commercial teams to monetize these audiences. This will be through a combination of sponsorships, branded content, and on-platform ads.</p>
<p>Our editorial teams have an unrivaled level of industry expertise in their respective fields. This, coupled with access to all the latest products, events, shows, and news stories in their field, provides an enticing base on which to build creative, exciting, and entertaining video and social content.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Implement the video and social strategy to grow engaged video and social audiences.</li>
<li>Run video and social media teams for our Games and Entertainment, brands, balancing editorial and commercial demands.</li>
<li>Research and summarize the gaming and entertainment ecosystems by platform, forming working hypotheses into the way in which viewers are interested.</li>
<li>Create development for new shows, formats, and video franchises across initial idea creation to bring the strategy to life.</li>
<li>Work with the senior commercial team to develop a go-to-market strategy for video and social.</li>
<li>Help to set video performance indicators based on platform ecosystem desired growth and audience segmentation.</li>
<li>Work towards commercial goals for branded content and be a partner, building monetizable growth IP, increasing branded content revenue from video and social year-over-year.</li>
<li>Manage a growing video team of creatives and strategists, building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and creative ambition.</li>
<li>Attend commercial quarterly meetings, sales summits, and other important temples to ensure exposure to commercial strategy, priorities, and ways of working.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with important industry trends, competitive insights, and new social media, marketing, AI, and e-commerce technologies.</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience building and monetizing audiences across Video and Social platforms within the gaming and entertainment space.</li>
<li>Passionate storyteller in the gaming and entertainment category, with experience with gaming culture and trends within the space.</li>
<li>Experience achieving editorial and commercial goals related to video and social.</li>
<li>Understand how to create content across different social video platforms (YouTube, IG, FB, and TikTok).</li>
<li>Experience developing new show formats for a digital audience including format testing and casting.</li>
<li>Experience developing visual identity for video franchises.</li>
<li>Experience using social analytics to understand content performance and understanding how this can feed into ongoing creative development.</li>
<li>Experience managing video and social media across creative development, pilot testing, execution, and optimization processes.</li>
