Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Management, Sales, and Pre-Sales) to ensure end-to-end product success

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in VLSI product engineering
• Strong exposure to analog and digital SoC design flows and methodologies
• Prior hands-on experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
  • RTL Development
  • RTL Verification
  • RTL-to-GDS flow
• Proven track record of working across multiple technology nodes and driving product innovation
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple complex projects
• Demonstrated experience communicating and influencing across multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership
• Good understanding of database management, data quality, and data cleanliness across the product portfolio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with VLSI design automation tools and methodologies
• Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in VLSI

What You'll Need:

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years relevant experience, or MS EE (preferred) with 6+ years relevant experience
• Expertise in embedded memory product lifecycle, including specification, development, validation, and integration in SoC design flows
• Strong knowledge of the interplay between embedded memory and Synopsys design flows, especially for CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, and SoCs
• Experience in FAE roles or hands-on SoC design, with knowledge of MRAM and TCAM-based design as a significant advantage
• Proven ability to develop and manage technical relationships with architects and design engineers at key customers and strategic partners
• Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with demonstrated flexibility to support global teams and customers
