As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work alongside an experienced team of technicians to diagnose and repair plant equipment, reducing downtime and helping us achieve our goal of a circular economy. You will be responsible for carrying out plant upgrades and modifications, reporting work carried out through our computerised maintenance management system, and developing and implementing a programme of planned preventative maintenance and inspection. An HNC/HND/C+G in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferable but not essential, and you will need to have knowledge and practical experience of large Conveyors, Chain Drives, Hydraulics, material Compactors, Shredders, Overhead cranes and Pneumatics.</p>\n<p>This is a full-time role, working a 3 shift rotation: Monday to Friday - 6-2pm, 2-10pm and 10pm-6am. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times.
