Core Responsibilities Detailed Modelling: Develop and maintain Revit BIM models specifically for high-end architectural and interior design packages. ID Documentation: Produce comprehensive Interior Design construction packages, including furniture plans, floor finishes, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), power, lighting, plumbing, elevations, and section details. Joinery & Millwork: Create detailed drawing packages for bespoke joinery, kitchens, and furniture, ensuring technical feasibility and design alignment. Scheduling & Tagging: Prepare and manage complex schedules for doors, windows, ironmongery, and joinery. Specification Integration: Interpret FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and material specifications provided by the design team, ensuring all items are correctly coded, tagged, and reflected in the Revit model and drawing sets. Coordination: Facilitate 'clash-free' design by coordinating interior elements with structural and MEP disciplines within the BIM environment. Standards Management: Maintain Revit families and templates, ensuring all ID-specific components (furniture, lighting, finishes) align with Flow's BIM protocols. Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with local Saudi building codes and Flow's internal design standards.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Interior Design or related field. Experience: 3–6 years of experience, with a proven track record in Interior Design documentation and high-end real estate or hospitality projects. Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD is mandatory, with a strong knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting. Experience working in BIM environments, including model coordination and LOD development. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of furniture construction, millwork detailing, and how different materials (stone, wood, metal) interface in an interior setting. BIM Fluency: Experience in model coordination, LOD (Level of Development) 300-400, and working within shared CDE (Common Data Environments). Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Navisworks, Rhino, or SketchUp. Ability to work in fast-paced development environments with multiple concurrent projects. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Charlotte Tilbury's brand codes across all Store Design elements
• Express the strength of the brand aesthetically and commercially from initial sketches to the launch of projects across all regions worldwide
• Be part of the Global ideation team developing new designs in response to the brand's needs
• Have a good understanding of technical drawings to produce floor plans, elevations, and details
• Support new distribution across different markets and work with Project managers to meet deadlines and budgets
• Manage various processes from creative to commercial always with the brand objectives in mind
• Oversee contractors and approval architectural and construction details for manufacture
• Prepare the design pack for both internal and external/retailer approval
• Understand and interpret local building codes, integrating comprehensive design solutions compliant with local and regional regulations
• Identify and propose solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost, or design integrity on multiple projects
• Attend installation of new stores monitoring standards and snagging issues
• Communicate effectively via verbal and drawing skills, understand and tailor presentations to the audience (internal & external)

About you Some of the skills we are looking for include:

• Architecture or Interior Design degree
• Experience using Sketchup (3D), Vectorworks (2D), Microsoft office (basic Word and Excel programs), InDesign and Photoshop
• Proficient sketching and rendering skills to communicate ideas
• Global retail design experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a team player
• Ability to execute multiple designs under tight deadlines and to budget
• Demonstrate appropriate level of business acumen while staying current on design trends and competitive patterning
