<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead Project Development Writing and process of collecting and evaluating data in sound business cases.</li>
<li>Coach, Counsel and Teach the team’s Engineers &amp; Supervisors to handle and lead process improvement, continuous improvement, and capital investment projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate the resources and activities of ME organization to meet the production schedule within budgetary limitations and time constraints.</li>
<li>Participates in production scheduling, staffing, procurement and maintenance of equipment, quality control, inventory control, and the coordination of production activities with those of other departments.</li>
<li>Analyzes the plant&#39;s personnel and capital resources to select the best ways of meeting the production quota.</li>
<li>Monitors the production run to make sure that it stays on schedule and correct any problems that may arise.</li>
<li>Promotes and ensures constant improvement in the ME organization toward the common goal of improving product quality, plant competitiveness and total cost structure.</li>
<li>Ensures department complies with government/industry standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate the resources and activities required to ensure problem free start-up.</li>
<li>Facilitate start-up / shift to shift meetings.</li>
<li>Evaluate and deliver FTPM measurable.</li>
<li>Promote and support Small Teamwork Groups</li>
<li>Champion constraint analysis and coordinate activities to eliminate the bottlenecks.</li>
<li>Ensure deliverables are aligned with VIM Action Matrix, 5-year plan, JPH Package</li>
<li>Establish the goal of maximizing equipment effectiveness to improve productivity.</li>
<li>Review/approve PM activities.</li>
<li>Address department Health and Safety concerns</li>
<li>Review department safety measurables &amp; coordinate improvement activities</li>
<li>Drive Safety, Quality. Cost, Delivery, Morale, Environment</li>
<li>Manage budgets.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other</li>
<li>5+ years&#39; experience in maintenance/ engineering management in production facility</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in assembly manufacturing processes</li>
<li>2+ years of experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles</li>
<li>Microsoft Office/ 365 Expertise (Word/Excel/Outlook)</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other</li>
<li>1+ years of experience in Battery Pack manufacturing application processes</li>
<li>2+yr Knowledge with Fanuc Robot systems</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with Siemens PLCs</li>
<li>2+ Knowledge of constraint management principles</li>
<li>2+ Safety and Quality experience preferred.</li>
<li>2+ Knowledge with SAP Enterprise Asset Management System software</li>

<p>Responsibilities: Perform in-process inspection and final verification of flight hardware to drawing, process specifications, and work order requirements supporting multiple work centers (assembly, integration, wire harnessing, or test). Identify, document, and verify resolution of production and test non-conformances in accordance with prescribed procedures and pursue corrective action as required. Interface with engineering and production to communicate and help resolve nonconforming issues. Independently perform inspections and verifications, documenting results in a clear, precise, and complete manner. Support quality management system policies and procedure documentation, assess compliance to company and industry standards, initiate and lead continual improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.</p>
<p>Requirements: 3+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military or manufacturing environment. Substantial knowledge of the control of nonconforming hardware, failure/root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action processes. Experience reading and interpreting design drawings and CAD models. Experience with performing electronic testing and inspection using portable measuring devices and lab equipment (microscopes, testers, scopes, etc). Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, be innovative, detail oriented, possess initiative, and team oriented. Willing and able to work overtime and/or weekends as required.</p>
<p>Bonus: Associate degree or higher in quality, engineering, or related field. Knowledgeable with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems. Experience inspecting solder, crimping, conformal coating, staking, and surface mounted devices in accordance with IPC-J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 standards. Wire harness experience in accordance with IPC-A-620 standards. Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certified.</p>
