About the role\nWe are currently looking for a Producer to join the Production Team who are responsible for delivering end-to-end production for all Charlotte Tilbury content.
\nAs a Producer, you will:\nProduce on always-on, campaigns and Team Tilbury social content, including for Brand Ambassador Sofia Tilbury, from briefing to pre-production to shoot across moving image and stills\nManage day-to-day execution of global content ensuring quality of outcomes for all weekly shoots and calendar planning\nCoordinate pre-production schedules, shoot schedules, optioning crew and creatives, call sheets, sourcing locations & hiring equipment\nManage all shoot logistics\nDevelop and maintain relationships with photographers, hair artists, set designers etc to ensure the highest possible level of talent\nUnderstand market rates and routinely negotiate the best rates possible with photographers, agents and agencies\nContribute ideas to Creative leads on contributors to ensure content is on brand, and market leading\nBe resourceful and adaptable to changing budgets, timings and shifting priorities\nPrepare and communicate production schedules and timing plans in sync with the content and creative calendars\nManage detailed record for usages contract, agreements and contracts for references\nSpearhead negotiations with agents to ensure the best possible deals for all shoot needs\nResponsible for bringing on board new talent and maintaining great relationships with external stakeholders such as photographers, directors, DOP, set designer & studios etc\nGeneral daily admin – POs, budget tracking, Credit card expenses etc\nManagement of freelance production assistants\nManage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to ensure good working relationships are maintained\nMaintain a professional and productive working environment

\nAbout you\nThrives working within a fast-paced environment and be able to continually adapt\nStrong knowledge of and past experience in producing content for social channels\nHighly organised and pro-active with strong attention to detail to ensure the smooth running of all daily operations\nDepth of experience in shoot production with high calibre talent and artist portfolio\nDiscreet and professional with excellent communications and networking skills\nGreat relationship with top-tier photographers, talent/model/photographer agents\nCan prioritise tasks, use initiative and self-time management\nBe reliable, passionate and willing to think limitless\nNimble and able to change direction easily and quickly\nSteady pair of hands who can deal with multiple stakeholders\n2 years related experience within a production company or luxury brand
