The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing India payroll, with broader Asia regional payroll experience considered a significant plus.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include owning monthly payroll processing across assigned APAC countries, ensuring timely deliveries of payroll payments and statutory reporting. You will also provide employee payroll support via case management with strong SLA discipline.</p>\n<p>India-specific compliance support includes ensuring accurate calculation and timely remittance of Provident Fund (PF) contributions, managing UAN validations, PF transfers, and handling employee queries related to PF.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field, with 5+ years regional payroll experience, strong in India compliance and at least 3+ of the target countries.
