The Recruiting team sits at the centre of this effort, responsible for identifying, attracting, and delivering world-class candidates who align with OpenAI’s values and ambitions.</p>\n<p>The Candidate Experience team ensures that every interaction a candidate has with OpenAI—regardless of role, region, or level—reflects excellence, fairness, and humanity. This team owns global coordination, interview logistics, onsite experience, and the operational workflows that support all recruiting functions, from Executive and Research to Technical, GTM, and G&amp;A.</p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>As the Global Candidate Experience Manager, you will define, scale, and continuously elevate how candidates experience OpenAI. You will lead a large, geographically distributed team of Recruiting Coordinators and team leads, with responsibility for the systems, workflows, and service standards that enable smooth and exceptional hiring across the entire company.</p>\n<p>This role blends global people leadership, operational rigor, and strategic design. You’ll build an AI-first candidate experience model, support some of the most complex and confidential searches at OpenAI, and drive the infrastructure needed to support high-volume and research-level technical hiring.
