Your tasks:

• Sell service packages, parts, and accessories and provide customer care and advice
• Handle direct customer inquiries and explain the work to be done on the vehicle
• Hand over repaired vehicles and explain the work done and the invoice
• Prepare the service appointment, including researching the reason for the customer visit, customer wishes, and potential problem areas
• Adhere to the Porsche Service Core Process (appointment arrangement, appointment preparation, vehicle acceptance, entry of repair/service into the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, and post-processing of appointments)
• Coordinate the service business
• Ensure a seamless and professional service experience for our customers
• Implement measures to retain and win back customers

Requirements:

• Completed technical training, e.g., as a Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) or Servicetechniker (m/w/d)
• Ideally, training as a certified Automobile Service Advisor (m/w/d)
• Experience in the after-sales sector and certification as a Service Assistant (m/w/d) is desirable
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills combined with social competence towards different conversation partners
• Good manners and a sympathetic customer-oriented appearance
• High reliability, flexibility, and above-average willingness to work
• Self-motivation, initiative, and good organizational skills
• Ability to quickly grasp complex task assignments
• High stress tolerance
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Valid driver's license class B
