<li>Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Projektteams und Anwender:innen (Teil-)Projektleitung mit Budget- und Erfolgsverantwortung</li>
<li>Transformation bestehender CRM- und ERP-Funktionalitäten in moderne SAP-Service-Prozesse</li>
<li>Erweiterung der persönlichen Expertise im Bereich Service-to-Satisfaction sowie die Erweiterung eigener Beratungskompetenzen</li>
