Specialist, Content Optimization

We are seeking a Specialist, Content Optimization to join our team. As a Content Optimization and Catalogue Management Specialist, you will be responsible for how our clients' products show up, get found, and convert on Amazon and Mercado Libre. You will write and refine listings, manage catalogue health, and build organic visibility.

Your day-to-day will break into two connected areas: Content Optimization and Catalogue Management. In Content Optimization, you will drive organic performance by conducting keyword research, writing and updating product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend attributes. You will audit existing content against platform best practices and identify gaps before they become ranking problems. You will test copy variations and track what actually moves the needle.

In Catalogue Management, you will keep the operation running by handling the publication and maintenance of product listings, managing bulk uploads and flat files, resolving listing errors and suppressed ASINs or items, and keeping content synchronized across multiple accounts and categories. When something breaks, you will figure out why and fix it.

Beyond these two pillars, you will monitor organic ranking performance, report on content health metrics, and bring recommendations that are grounded in data, not guesswork.

We are looking for someone with around three years of experience working in content optimization and/or catalogue management on Amazon and/or Mercado Libre. You should understand how these platforms rank organic results and have influenced those rankings for real brands. You should be fluent in Seller Central and Vendor Central, and have worked with Mercado Libre item publication flows. You should also have a solid understanding of keyword and SEO fundamentals, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

Nice to have experience with tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, or Jungle Scout, familiarity with Amazon's A+ Content and Brand Store modules, and experience across multiple categories or markets.

If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation during the application process, please let us know. We are an equal opportunity workplace and are committed to equal opportunity for all applicants and employees regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion, or belief, and marriage and civil partnerships.
